lakka scan often creates additional files (as you can see in PSP emulation in tinker board).once scanned sometimes it’s not possible to delete from the menu.
I recommend to put each ROM in a single folder. Inside LAKKA_DISC should be many folders, one of the is named ROMS. Now you should be able to copy your ROMS from your USB stick to LAKKA_DISC.
There in the menu should be LAKKA and LAKKA_DISC. If nothing happens, click on the grey Files button (third button after red Firefox and blue Thunderbird).
